Simon's family is famous in England for sticky toffee pudding which they produce in their small gourmet food shop in the village of Cartmel in England's Lake District.

Their sticky toffee pudding is recognized by many as the best on the market in England today. As well as being available in the small village shop where it is produced, it can also be found in the majority of fine food stores and delicatessens throughout England, including "Fortum and Mason" and "Harvey Nichols" food hall in London.

CARTMEL VILLAGE SHOP's sticky toffee pudding has been featured in such British publications as: "Homes and Gardens", "The Sunday London Times", "Country Life" and "Food Illustrated". Their pudding has also received rave reviews on the BBC and Sky television networks as well as several U.K. radio programs.

Since its introduction to the American market in 1998, Simon's mother's sticky toffee pudding has been receiving nothing but rave reviews. The ENGLISH PUDDING COMPANY has been featured in the Sunday Los Angeles Times and on the "Good Food Show" with Evan Kleinman on National Public Radio.
